Privacy Notice
Last updated October 6, 2026
Scope
This notice explains how Adamantium Lab (“we” or “us”) handles personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through the demo request form: your name, firm or organization, work email address, role, area of interest, and any message you choose to include.
- Limited technical information processed automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, used to deliver and secure the site. When you submit the form, we keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; we do not store the IP address itself.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate use of this website, such as page views and page load performance. It does not use cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from automated abuse.
To protect the request form from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person rather than a program. Turnstile loads only when you approach or use the form, and it processes limited technical information about your browser and device for that purpose only.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and arrange a demonstration.
- To operate, secure, and protect the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers, such as our hosting, analytics, security, and email providers, to operate this website; they process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention
We generally delete inquiries within 24 months of receiving them, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Browser signals
This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and it does not allow third parties to do so, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, use the request form and select “Privacy request” as your area of interest. We may need to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Confidential information
Please do not submit confidential or privileged information through this website. Information sent through the site is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Visitors outside the United States
This website is operated in the United States. Information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
Children
This website is intended for professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated notice here with a new date.
